Permissions for status of notes

I would like to enable a certain user group to change the status on notes, which they did not create by themselves. I just don't find the place to set the permission right. In the summary of permissions it says: 

Update fields in Note: ALLOW sg_status_list, *
 

DENY project.$BLANK$, task_template, user

Any idea of how to fix this? Already check permission for the status field on notes, etc..

    Hi Philippe,

    Thanks for your question. It's likely there's a conditional permission in place for your specific permission group (presuming Artists?) that needs to be modified. Can you please submit a request to support@shotgunsoftware.com with your Shotgun site, and the permission group(s) that need this change?
