Memory monitoring and/or control over registered scripts.

It's great that scripts require a key registration in order to access Shotgun via the API. However, the key only provides an on or off state, and there's no built-in way to trigger the off state or limit transactions per key. We can't easily throttle scripts backward to protect the system as a whole. It would be really useful if the script key registration also included resource or memory management on a per-key basis.
