Better image editing/display/resizing options for billboard images on the Project Overview page

Would be great if this worked more like Facebook, where you can drag in an image, then scale/crop/position it to get it to look how you want it to. Currently you either have to size your billboard image to the exact recommended dimensions, or live with whatever strange cropping you happen to get.
