Hi guys,
Our project appears to have sporadic uploading issues. This appears to be only affecting some users (myself included), and has only been an issue for the last couple of weeks. Multiple attempts will sometimes get the file up, but not often (usually it'll fail).
We're now relying on other users who never seem to have issues, to upload our versions and attachments.
Has something changed recently that could affect a portion of our users? Is there a way around this?

Sorry for upload troubles you're experiencing. Could you open a support ticket with us at support@shotgunsoftware.com so we can diagnose the issue with you? If you could include some additional info that will further help us to identify the trouble:
- Physical location of the users that are successful vs. those experiencing the trouble.
- How you're uploading (web UI, RV Submit Tool, custom API script)
- How the failure is appearing (error message, hang in the upload)
- OS of the users that are experiencing the issue.
