From what I can tell, Shotgun doesn't have any means of tracking hourly rates or overtime. Is there at least a method to baseline a project's estimates?
How are you managing your budget? Do you integrate your finance tool with Shotgun's API?

Jim Rossow Not really. We use Projector PSA, which I can't recommend. We're feeding hours worked on jobs from Shotgun back into Projector via the API. It gets us where we need to go, but it's not sexy.
