We are a small studio using 14dayz to keep track of our hours. Shotgun time logs are too granular and micromanaging for our team to effectively use.
We really only need to log which project we are working on, and what type of work we are doing and how many hours per day are spent on that, and frankly, we are so busy doing our actual work that logging our hours accurately at even this level is quite the chore.
If shotgun could be made easier or at least comparable to 14dayz that could be a huge benefit.
