ERROR: Unexpected session format

Hey all.

Im getting this error no matter what file format I try to open (exr, jpg, etc..) 

Im guessing 'session format' is nothing to do with file format. Anyone know how to fix?

  Hi Steve,

   

  I believe that probably has to do with the RV session token format.  Can you try resetting your preferences with -resetPrefs when launching RV to see if that resolves the issue?
