Right now if you duplicate an entry inside of an entity it only copies the values of fields that are visible. This can be problematic when your dealing with tasks and or pages that are only presenting a small portion of the data. We often have many pages that show data in variety of ways. So a producer whom has good intentions can duplicate a task from a personal page that may lack necessary fields such as department. Then when someone else is viewing a different page with a specific filter for similar data, they may never actually see the duplicated task because the page the producer duplicated from made the duplicate from a page that lacked the necessary fields to be properly filtered on other users pages.
It would be better to offer two options for duplicating an entry so nobody is left high and dry.
1. Duplicate Only Visible Fields
2. Duplicate All Fields
