We'd like the ability for the distribution of a note to be able to include things like 'everybody assigned a task in this shot'.

KP These aren't specifically for this request but, as of 1.12 we've added Task Notifications which will update the artist with any changes to their Task assignment. https://support.shotgunsoftware.com/entries/21637-managing-your-email-notification-preferences
