Maybe this is already possible and I've just missed it, but it would b e really useful if we had a kind of "CC" concept on tickets, so that people could sign up as interested and it would email them whenever anything changed

KP Hey Andy,
We have this on our list of things to do. We're planning on a notifications framework to allow people to subscribe (and unsubscribe) from things in Shotgun and get notification on changes etc. But additionally, we have received other requests for what you're asking for here.- A way to cc people on tickets with notification,
- a way to take yourself off of that list
- a way to monitor (subscribe) to the ticket
- multiple assignees
- what else?
We don't know just yet when we'll get to this but if we keep hearing that people want it, that would definitely promote it.

Andy Geers I know that long term a more general notification system might be nice, but increasingly I have different users asking me for this feature, and my concern is that fixing this "properly" basically just means fixing it in months and months time way down the line. Is a simpler CC idea akin to what already exists for Notes something that could be added in the mean time?

Tony Pelle I'll second this. We just started using Tickets and some things I'd like to see (that have also been mentioned in other threads):
cc list
multiple-assignees
Start/end/due dates with gantt charts (nice to have)
Open note counts on tools
