When you select a bunch of rows and choose "Edit Selected", you currently only get shown the fields that form part of your page layout. It would be handy to have an extra button at the bottom of the edit form that said something like "Edit more fields..." that let you add other fields you want to edit to the form (because potentially you want to edit fields that you don't want as part of the page layout)

Isaac Reuben Yup, that totally makes sense. We had a ticket for that already, but I just bumped it for consideration when making the list for our next sprint. That dialog should be consistent with the way the New Entity Creation dialog works.

Joe Frayne I just had a situation where I could have used this. We created a bunch of shots, and then I wanted to add a task template to most of them. I tried selecting a bunch of shots from the list and editing them, but the option to change the task template field wasn't there. So now I'm adding the task template using the "All Fields" tab in the details page of each shot, one by one...

Actually, if you add the Task Template field to the grid *before* you do the Edit Multiple, then you'll see it as an option right now (the fix we're going to do is let you add more fields in the Edit Multiple dialog if they weren't already in the grid).
