Page Modified indicator too subtle

I don't know how others feel about this, but I wonder if the "page modified" indicator is a bit too subtle? At the moment the little page icon over on the right hand side of the page header turns slightly yellow when you modify a page, but I think it would be very easy not to notice this and forget that you had a change you wanted to save. I think it's good that the actual menu options (Save Page, Revert Page, etc.) are tucked away behind that icon, I just wonder if a clearer indication that your page was modified would be prudent.
