Time Logs - view existing logs while entering time

When entering hours, it is often useful to see historical data of previous time entries.  This could be rolled into the weekly time entry screen that I just put in a different request for, but could also be integrated as a grid into the current new Time Log dialog.  A good start would be just showing the last 5 or 10 Time Log entries by that user for that task, but other nice options would be to see last 5 or 10 Time Log entries across all tasks for that user, or last 5 or 10 entries for a task across all users.  Of course some of this data could be sensitive so would probably need to tie this into the permissions structure.  Would be cool to be able to configure and save what info is displayed in this grid as well.
