"Create New Tab" can be confusing

There are a couple changes I think would help:

1. When you first try to create a new tab, the 'Type' defaults to "Fields". Instead, it should default to "Choose a type". When you change the 'Type', if the 'Name' is still "New tab", it should get renamed to match the 'Type'.

2. Some of the 'Type' labels are not clear enough. For example:

Fields
Text Fields
All Fields
...
Fields
...

Instead, how about something like:

Property Field Custom Layout - All
Property Field Custom Layout - Text
Property Fields - All
...
Entity Fields
...

And then alphabetize the whole 'Type' list.
