Hey Tommy, we've been talking about this internally and agree we need to evolve Tickets to be more like Tasks. And also, we'd like to evolve Tasks a bit to make use of things we like about tickets (detail page with threaded discussion page). This is on the list. I'd guess Q1 2010. This is ticket sg8445 on our end.
