is posible translate the interface of shotgun to spanish?. i cant find this option in the docs.

Isaac Reuben Hey Jaun,
We don't have a way to change the language of the entire UI to another language besides English (yet), but since so much of Shotgun is about the configuration, it's possible to change a lot yourself in the UI! This ability to change things is important even among different English-speaking studios, as different places often use different names for the same sort of thing (Version vs Take vs Daily).
You can rename any of the pages shown in the left nav to whatever you want, and can change all of the entity (Shot, Asset, etc) names, and change all the of the field names.
