Timecode Framerate Options (Per Sequence, Shot or Project)

There doesn't seem to be a means of setting what framerate a specific job is in.   As such timecode fields are erroring out when you have a timecode such as 00:03:28 and obviously fail to convert between frames and TC correctly for 29.97 projects.

    SInce every project usually works with multiple frame rates (e.g.for slow motion shots), this needs to be changeable on a Take level (maybe with a changeable default setting)

    We're with Marc on this one too - to be useful it really needs to be definable per take/element etc.

    We also work in multiple frame rates.  Having it changeable per project would be great.

    Yes, agree, this will be issue in our future projects.

    For us per project would be ok setting, but per take of course universal solution.
