Flagging Notes that have Comments

Hi,

The following is a request that was forwarded from production:

Issue - 

When Shotgun users add a comment to an existing Shotgun note/inquiry, the comment does not display.  Meaning, if you look at the notes history you only see the original note/inquiry, so without digging there is no way to find out if there has been a resolution to the note.

Goal -

It would be nice if the comment appeared as it's own note (which mechanically probably would not work), or if the original note could at least be highlighted or flagged in such a way that it would give the Shotgun users a heads-up that they should open and read the note chain within that note.
