Ability to customize where the Screening Room for RV Submit Tool saves the QuickTime movie it generates

When using the option to generate a QuickTime movie from a frame sequence using the Screening Room for RV Submit Tool, the QuickTime is saved in the same folder as the source frames by default. Some clients have requested the ability to choose another location for the generated .mov.

If you support this feature request, please let us know in the comments what kind of options would work best. Would you want to specify a different default path relative to the source frames' folder? (Like "../../qt" or "./movies/qt/lores/") Or would you want the Submit Tool to prompt you to choose a specific location each time you run it?

  Just looking for the same future,in our case it is useful to have in the different root, so it cannot be relative.

  what if it would be defined in template?

  Admin to set default path. We would not want a prompt to choose a location at each submission.

  For us the lores .mov would NOT be saved inside the source frame folder. Simply outside the source frame folder at the same root would be way better. Or the option to self-destruct them after successful shotgun upload!!

  Has there been activities on this? Or is there a workaround?

  I think being able to configure the location per project / entity type would be really helpful.
