It would be great to be able to customize the reply-to address so that instead of reading:
No Reply <sg@mystudio.com>
Matt Welker (via Shotgun) <noreply@shotgunstudio.com>
It just read:
Matt Welker (via Shotgun) <sg@mystudio.com>

DJ Hauck This may not be exactly the same but I'd like to be able to set a default "reply-to" address on delivery entity emails. By default, the email comes through with a reply-to field but it is set to "noreply@shotgunstudio.com" and I don't see a place to customize this. I'd like to set it to something like "deliveries@mystudio.com"
