"All" as acceptable data for "Tasks" field in CSV import of Notes

Hi,

Wouldn't it be great if when batch importing Notes from CSV, I could use "All" in the "Tasks" column to indicate that I want to automatically address the note to all tasks on the entity linked to the note.
