At the moment, if someone makes a field change on a Version in Shotgun when you're in an active session of Screening Room for RV, you need to either log out and back in or switch to playing another Version and back again to see the change. For example, if a Status field is updated in Shotgun you won't see this update on the Info Pane.
Please add your support to this feature request if you'd like to see the option to refresh the panes to receive updates in Screening room for RV.
