On some entity creation forms (like Notes or Tickets) the "Description" field is a large, multi-line text area which makes inputting longer descriptions more convenient since you can see everything being entered. This is not the case for other Description (or text-type fields) on other entities.
Admins should have the ability to set the row height for different fields for new entity creation forms (or at the very least, for text fields since that is where multi-line entires are most common).
