We've gotten the request to have per project Groups.
With this you could create arbitrary Groups on Projects without affecting other Projects or the Global Groups.
Production staff could create their own Groups on Projects for easy communication and keep the management of it all within the Project.
This would also allow you to reuse common Groups and target Project specific People without cluttering the Global Groups or having to define extra naming conventions.
