Set 'Created At' field to local time for email notifications

At the moment, the Created At field displays in email notifications in UTC time and there is no current way to set this to local time. We'd like to support a UI where people can pick their timezone region/code as a Site Preference.

Please add your support to this feature if you'd like to see this implemented.

I think this is a must. I'd rather have no time displayed in the notification than UTC which won't mean anything to most users.

+1 for this.  UTC isn't too useful for people to read.

+ 1 Yeah, we've just a had a couple users raise this as being weird. The ability to change this would be good.

I hereby concur that the idea is robust

As part of an Australian team not having this function in place means much of the timelogging is really not useful in it's entirety for logging the performance of the team and the project.

Heh - 4 years later and our notification emails still show created_at timestamps that are 8 hours off.   Makes it look like some people are creating tickets in the middle of the night.  (Keeners!)  So +1 for me.

We are working in collaboration with some studios over the seas and we share the same site, we also have clients or artists on other time zones, i think that apart from the general site setting, will be awesome to also have a per user "override" attribute that each one can set, like language.

Make it can be automatically updated each time you login to shotgun, based on the device timezone?
