To see a history of who made changes to a Page's layout, you can click on the Page icon at the top right of the page and choose the "Page History and Stats..." option. However, there's no way to revert to a previously saved layout. This is because the Event Log entries don't hold the "old" Page settings when a Page's settings are changed.
This request is for the ability to easily revert to a previously saved Page layout.
