Screening room hooks and/or signals for RV extension.

There are a few instances where it might be possible to customize RV and leverage Screening Room more, but more information from Shotgun is needed.  For example, a way to procedurally tell Screening Room in RV that a Version in Shotgun has been updated (and refresh its clip accordingly), or a way to capture a "Play in RV" right-click command from the Screening Room panel and immediately refresh another RV panel.  Extending and customizing Screening Room within RV presents a wide range of possibilities, but more hooks and/or signals are needed.
