Have a new version not appear in the feed until the file is uploaded.

Countless times an artist uploads a version, I select it for review but since it hasn't completed uploading yet the notification is marked as read but I can't actually look it it so I have to mark it as "unread" wait an unknown amount of time and come back till there faster or slower internet has finished. Occasionally I accidentally hit "mark all read" since they pop up together. Kind of a small thing really. But would be nice if it was different.
