Filters on Shots page not returning desired results (filtering by Task status on Shots page)

In the case where you perform these steps:

  1. Filter for Shots where "FX > Status is IP" and "FX > Task Name is Smoke"
  2. Make sure you have Shots with both IP and Final Tasks called "Smoke" with an FX pipeline step.
  3. Notice the results on the page show Smoke tasks that are Finaled
  4. Expected behavior: only Shots with Smoke tasks IP should appear

Because people always expect to the expected behavior, we'll alter to the way we construct this filter to return the right results.
