Cell coloring rules option

Hello,

Playing with cell coloring rules i came up with idea: it would be nice to have an option to fill the cell in a way of a progress bar. For example, cell with 100% should be filled completely, and 50% - only a half of a cell, accordingly. This could give a user visually simple and easy to analyze view. Please, see attached pic for details.

    Another thing would nice to have is ability to set coloring rules for query fields. For example: i have a field which is a query for all tasks of ANIM pipeline step with a % summary with "final" status. And what i need is to set coloring rule for cells to mark them with green when it hit's 100%.
