Currently, the +Booking option is greyed out on a Bookings grid page. This ticket is to allow creation of Booking records.
The request stems from being able to create Booking records that may not be linked to a Person (unassigned Bookings).

Ben Hadden This was released in our 5.3.28 patch. Enjoy!
Keep in mind that Bookings no longer require an "Assigned To". If a Booking doesn't have an Assigned To, it will show up on Booking pages, but not in the Crew Planning app.
