We're hearing that some clients would like a view of the configuration of Graph Widgets as a mouse-over overlay or tooltip. This would make it easy to see what is happening in the widget without going into Design Page mode.
Also, those without permissions to design pages would be able to see what the graph is designed to filter and display by.
