When creating a new Published File in the UI (i.e. by clicking on the "+Published File" button), it would save time if the Name of the new entity was automatically derived from the name of the file that is uploaded or linked to in the Path field. This would be similar to the current functionality when creating a new Version entity using the drag & drop form, or the Media page.
