There are certain instances where a draft Note taken in the Review Notes app may become "lost." For example if a Note is taken in Review Notes but not submitted, and the Version on which the Note was taken is then unlinked from the Playlist, that Note is no longer accessible. If the Version is relinked to the same Playlist, the Note draft is once again accessible in Review Notes.
We've heard requests to create a UI within Shotgun to browse these Note drafts so they can be easily recovered in cases like the one above.
