Often when assigning a note or ticket to another person you need to follow up if it has actually been taken care of.
ie being able to make a filter like this would be great: "All tickets/notes, not assigned to me, but assigned by me, which are not complete" as it would allow getting an overview very quickly.
And we aren't far away from it since all that is missing is for Shotgun to track a "Assigned By" field on threaded entities!
