We've heard from clients that they would like to be flagged if a person is double booked, which is not something we currently support in Shotgun due to the numerous workflows we see in different studios, including the common workflow of assigning people to multiple Tasks.
However, one option could be to have a setting under Site Preferences where you could set the number of Tasks a person can be assigned to, and then if you assign more than this number then flag the Task as a booking violation. We should also support having this setting turned off, so that you can still assign a user to as many Tasks as required.
