It would be helpful to not only see what a field has changed to, but to include what its previous state was. Example, if a due date field changes - currently you get a notification that a person has changed the due date and what the new due date is. It would be great to see that new date in a little more context, so that you'd get a notification that a person has changed the due date FROM x TO y. Now you have to click through to the entity and right click on the field to see its history.
Also, getting the text of a status rather than just its symbol (without having to roll over) would be helpful as well.
