Task Summary Configuration Options

As of right now Status summaries are rather simple and non-configurable. If you wanted to see your percentage of Shots which are final for a specific Sequence, but some of those Shots are marked as "omit", those omitted Shots would still be factored into the overall calculation of final Shots (with those omitted Shots contributing to the total number of "not final" Shots).

To get around this limitation additional controls are required in order to flag which statuses should be included in specific summary calculations, and which should not.

    This is what definitely should be upgraded, as right now summary is almost useless, because of the statuses what shouldn't be included into calculations, like the "omitted" in the topic's example.

    I like that idea! And also, it is a mystery when there are summaries, and we are using custom status, why do the default status appear in the summary.

    "omit" should really not be included in those summaries so it would be great, if they can be excluded next to the "N/A" status which is already not considered, if I got that right.

    Best option would be, if you provide some configuration in the site preferences where we could put in respectively exclude any stati per default by ourselves.
