We've heard from some clients they'd like to see a few new fields added to Tickets. Currently Tasks have a Bid field which is accompanied by "Time Logged - % of Bid" and "Time Logged - Over/Under Bid" which will automatically calculate based off the Bid and the aggregated Time Logs linked to the Task. Since work is being tracked via Tickets, it would be useful to have the same functionality built in.
