Currently the only options for creating cell formatting rules (by column or row) is to set up the rule manually for every single page/sub-page that needs the formatting, or to set the rule as a global one that will be applied to all pages in the studio's site.
However, our studio is using Shotgun for multiple projects, often with widely varying needs/pipelines. So it would be incredibly helpful to be able to set formatting rules as global within that project only. (I've looked around, and am fairly certain this is not currently an option...)
