Since 5.4, and the release of Project Tracking Settings, we've heard feedback from clients that they'd like to separate the permissions for Project Tracking out from 'Use Admin Options' as well as other Project related actions. This would allow users to set Project Tracking Settings for Projects they're working on, but not access the Admin menu.
