Doubleclicking the thumbnail to open in RV would speed the workflow a lot for us - it's an action performed many, many times a day :) I imagine a configurable action would be great, to fit different workflows.

Alexey Borzykh Having an option to set the default behaviour for the thumbnail click (open in browser/open in rv) would be also nice. Or, using the additional button to change click command, like holding the Alt + click = open in RV.

That feature is a must in my opinion! especially since RV is now a bigger part of shotgun !
