Currently the Activity Stream on detail pages contains all the actions happening in relation to that thing. For example on a Shot activity stream you may see Notes, new Versions, and Task status changes appear. However certain updates will not appear there. If you created a Note but then later realized it needed to be linked to another, or different Shot, that Note would not appear in the Activity Stream. Such events will only appear if they are linked at the time of creation, rather than after the fact.
This request is to account for this workflow so that items like Notes or Versions which have their Link value updated after they are initially created can properly appear in the newly linked Activity Stream.
