I'd like to see the "description" field visible on the "Add New Field" dialog window allowing users to put some metadata into the description field describing what the field is for and how it should be used. The field already exists on the Fields entity but isn't easily edited.

Mike Hendricks It would be nice if the description text was shown as a tooltip when you moused over the column headers. This would make a very easy and intuitive way for a user to quickly see additional info about that field they don't know.
