We often have a complaint from users that they have to type in their name in a global search field in order to go on details page to check all their stuff in one place like notes, tasks, versions and so on. Also, I noticed a lot of time that people actually trying to find direct link to their details page under person's menu (which is predictable) but there is no such link... So they ask for the menu items leading directly to their details page and their home page (if it was set to something different from Inbox or My Tasks)
