Save 'Keep Form Values on Create' into the new Entity form layout

Clients have requested that the 'Keep Form Values on Create' option is switched on by default when you open a new Entity Form. Perhaps this could be added as an option when you save the form layout and select to 'Keep Form Values on Create' toggled on.

    Great idea. This would especially be useful for TimeLogs so that users can easily enter more then one at a time.
    An alternative would be to have to submit buttons. "Submit and Close" "Submit and Keep"
