The To field versus Recipient (hidden) field are distinctly different, and should be more unified. It's a bit confusing now, as the To field seems more encompassing of who will receive a note (through the inbox, following, etc). Currently, the recipient field only combines people from Tasks that are checked for that specific note. Instead it would be better for the To field to be additive instead - including the the tasks checked in addition to anyone else a user can add to receive the note. Then, the To field can be trimmed, edited, or added upon as the main recipient field by the person creating the note.
