Tooltips on column headers

Often, we would like to give user hints about how to fill a column :

- Custom fields can have a complex behavior that is hard to explain with the column title only.

- Color codes can be used for a column, but there's no place to provide the meaning of each color.

It would be useful to let user add a description text for fields / columns, that would be displayed in a tooltip when hovering the column header.

The "description" field of the "Fields" entity could be used for this purpose, or a new "Tooltip" field

    This would be very useful...you could probably use this to elaborate on Statuses as well.  For example, you might want to have a tooltip for a Status that says "Waiting for Start means that the Task has not yet been assigned" and "Ready to Start means the Task is assigned and ready for the artist to pick up."

    This has been dormant for a while, so I'd like to bring this topic back up and add to it the idea of Custom Tool Tips on AMIs.  We have a lot of custom AMIs and tool tips would be really helpful here as well.
