We've heard feedback that it would be useful to use the Review Notes App early in production for reviewing work on an Artists screen, before any Versions are created. To support this, you would need to be able to make Playlists of Entities other than Versions, such as Assets. Then you could open this Playlist in the Review Notes App and quickly and easily take Notes which are linked to these Assets (without needing to submit a Version first).
