There is currently no way to set the client_note checkbox through the API or the GUI with a specific permission role.
I would be very useful for us as it would allow all client notes, either created by an actual client in the client Review Site or manually by a coordinator in a review, to have the same look and also be visible/invisible to artist according to their Can See Client Note permission.
